We want you to love what you ordered from CabinKraft. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Items We Can't Accept

  • Items damaged through misuse, modification, or normal wear
  • Opened consumables (e.g., car care liquids, sprays) — for health and safety reasons
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@mycabinkraft.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos help us resolve faster.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Please use a tracked service — we can't refund items lost in return transit.

Who Pays Return Shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We pay. We'll send a prepaid return label.
  • Changed your mind / no longer needed: You pay return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
